RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please contact us for return instructions before sending your item back.

Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted for unused and unapplied skins still in their original packaging.

Items that have been used or removed from the backing paper cannot be returned.

Custom orders and international orders are not eligible for returns.

All return requests must be made within 2 weeks of delivery.

Return Process:

1. Contact us for approval and instructions before returning an item.

2. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. A $1.50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

4. You must provide the return tracking number once you ship the item back to us. Returns without a tracking number may not be processed.

5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Additional Information:

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders.

Undelivered items: Refunds are not provided for items lost during transit after leaving our warehouse. Please contact the carrier for assistance.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed for unused items in their original packaging.

Gifts:

If marked as a gift at purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be issued once the item is received.

If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Insurance & Tracking:
If returning an item valued over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
