Custom Skin FAQs

What file quality is best for a custom skin?

Use the highest-resolution original file available. For the sharpest print, we recommend 300 DPI at the final print size. Enlarging a small image can make it look soft or pixelated.

Why does my uploaded image look lower quality in the preview?

The customizer may temporarily reduce the image resolution shown on screen to keep the preview fast and responsive. This does not reduce the production file: the print-ready artwork is generated from your original upload. For the best result, upload the highest-resolution original image available.

What happens to transparent areas in a PNG file?

Custom designs are not printed on clear material. If a PNG contains transparent areas and no background color is selected, those areas will print white.

Why do I have to customize every side of my device?

Some devices include multiple skin pieces. Complete every included canvas so the full kit is ready before you add it to your cart.

What is the difference between logo cut and without logo cut?

Logo cut leaves a precision-cut opening that keeps the original manufacturer logo visible. Without logo cut places your design continuously over that area. Options vary by device.

Can I cancel or change a custom order after placing it?

No. Custom orders enter the production queue after checkout and cannot be canceled or changed. Review every piece carefully before placing the order.

Can custom skins be returned, refunded, or exchanged?

No. Every custom skin is made specifically for your order and is final sale, so it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

How long does a custom order take?

Production typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time begins after shipment and depends on the service selected at checkout.

Can I upload copyrighted images?

Only upload content you own or have permission to use. If an image cannot be printed, customer service will contact you and request a replacement.
